Tradeimpera Terms of Service

Tradeimpera provides trading journal, analytics, AI coaching, import, and account management software. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs, your trading decisions, and compliance with your broker, prop firm, exchange, and local laws.

Tradeimpera is an analytics and journaling platform only. It does not execute trades on your behalf, provide investment advice, or guarantee performance outcomes.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing plan you choose unless canceled through the billing portal or otherwise terminated under these terms. Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security concerns, or violations of the platform rules.

You retain ownership of your journal content and trade records. By using the service, you grant Tradeimpera the limited rights necessary to store, process, and analyze that data in order to operate the product.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeimpera disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
