Tradeimpera collects account details, subscription state, imported trading records, journal entries, AI review inputs and outputs, support messages, and operational logs needed to run the product securely.

We use this information to provide journaling, imports, analytics, AI coaching, account recovery, security notifications, billing administration, and support.

Tradeimpera uses service providers such as Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email delivery, Tradovate for connected account imports, and OpenAI for AI review features when enabled.

We retain data for operational, support, and compliance purposes for as long as your account remains active, or longer when required to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

You can request support through /contact. You can also delete your trading data from the Settings page inside the app.
